How We Work

Five steps, and the second one is the one that matters.

Most contractors start at step three. That is why they come back.

Step 1

Scope

You send the site, the band and the symptom. An engineer ,  not a coordinator ,  reads it and comes back within one working day with what we think it is and what it will take.

Step 2

Diagnose

Before anyone is dispatched, we work the remote data: alarms, counters, sweep history, previous tickets. The visit is scoped around a hypothesis, and the truck is loaded for it.

Step 3

Dispatch

One crew, the right instruments, the likely spares already on board. Safety brief and method statement issued before the crew leaves.

Step 4

Prove

We measure the site after the work, not just before. You get the traces, not a sentence saying it passed.

Step 5

Close

Closeout package in your format, photographs geotagged and dated, punch list cleared or explained.

if the ticket reopens on the same fault, we return at our cost.

Deliverables

You should not have to take our word for it.

Every job closes with the evidence, in your template, without being chased:
